Five Islands Lighthouse, Nova Scotia
The historic lighthouse is the star attraction of Five Islands Lighthouse Park. It stands like a beacon welcoming to the park visitors from near and far. This wooden pepper pot lighthouse was built in 1913 at nearby Sand Point. In 2008 it had to be relocated and now sits perfectly in its new home overlooking the islands. The lighthouse is a municipal heritage property.

Five Islands Lighthouse
Five Islands Lighthouse built and established 1914. In 1996 it was moved from its eroding base to an adjacent campground. This lighthouse was saved from destruction by the Five Islands Lighthouse Preservation Society and it is now open for tours in summer.
